"Should’ve Trusted My Gut on the Shipping"
I ordered from stringberry.com the items were fine once they finally showed up. But the shipping took way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I had a feeling after a few days that it was going to be a slow process, and I probably should’ve trusted my gut. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something by a certain date.

"Decent, but I honestly expected a bit more"
I ordered from Stringberry my feelings are kind of mixed. The product does look like the photos, which was a relief, but when I actually held it, the material felt a little cheaper than I was hoping for. It still works fine and I’ll definitely use it, but I’m a bit worried about how long it’ll hold up. For the price, it’s not awful, but I can’t help feeling a little disappointed because I expected better quality.

stringberry.com was fine for what I paid. I’m not saying it was bad or anything, because some of the prices were actually fair, but I guess I just expected a little more overall. It’s not something I regret buying, just not something I’d rave about either. I’d probably use it again if there was a good deal.

"Glad I Trusted My Gut on This"
I ended up ordering from stringberry.com because the personalization options just felt right to me. I liked that I could choose the text, colors, and a few style details without it feeling too complicated.
The preview definitely helped, although I did go back and tweak my wording once because I wasn’t totally sure how it would fit. I’m glad I trusted my instinct and checked it again before placing the order.
When the final item arrived, it was cute and close to what I had pictured. I’d give it 4 stars because the customization choices are really good, but the site could be a little clearer in a few spots.

"Pretty good, but could be sturdier"
Got a phone case from stringberry.com and overall it’s decent. Protects fine from smaller drops and looks nice, too. Started feeling a little loose around the edges after using it for a while, though. Not terrible, just expected something a bit stronger.

"Box was crushed and nobody seemed responsible"
My order showed up in a badly crushed box, and the wrapping inside was so flimsy it barely protected anything. It felt like no one took ownership of packing it properly, and it’s not even clear who’s supposed to be responsible for making sure it arrives in decent shape. Disappointing overall, I expected a lot better.

"Order still hasn’t arrived"
I placed an order with stringberry.com and, unfortunately, it hasn’t been a great experience so far. I got the confirmation email right away, but after that there wasn’t much communication for several days. The tracking never seemed to update, and when I reached out to customer service, it took a while to hear back. They did respond eventually, but the answer was vague and didn’t really clear things up. I still haven’t received my order or a clear update about a refund. I was hoping it would work out, but I’m not sure I’d order from here again.

"Print was okay, but not super sharp"
The print looked decent from a distance, so maybe I’m just being picky because I was looking at it up close for a while. Some parts seemed a little blurry to me, but it wasn’t terrible overall.

"Return process was more annoying than expected"
I ordered something from stringberry.com, and while the item itself wasn’t terrible, it just didn’t match what I had in mind. It was one of those situations where you open the package and immediately think, yeah, this isn’t quite right.
Trying to return it was where things started to feel unnecessarily frustrating. The process wasn’t very clear, and I had to follow up more than once just to get proper information. the tone of the whole experience felt a bit careless, like returns weren’t really a priority.
I did eventually get my refund, so I’ll give them that, but it took more chasing than it should have. I wouldn’t call it a complete disaster, but it definitely left me hesitant to order again unless I was completely sure I wanted to keep the item.

"Broke way too quickly"
I only used it a few times before it broke, which was really frustrating. I didn’t expect to have to deal with replacing it or figuring out what went wrong after barely using it. Just way more hassle than it was worth.

"Not a great first impression"
I ordered from stringberry.com for the first time, and it’s been a bad first impression. My tracking hasn’t moved at all for days, and there’s still no clear delivery date. I reached out hoping for some kind of helpful update, but didn’t really get anything useful back. At this point I’m just sitting here wondering where my package even is.

"Ended up not being the right fit"
I was excited to try this case because it looked nice when I took it out of the package, and the material felt okay at first. I put it on my phone and messed with it for a bit, but after trying to use it normally, I noticed it was way too tight and the buttons didn’t line up properly. I couldn’t really use my phone comfortably with it on.

I reached out to customer service expecting a basic response, which seems like common sense, but I still haven’t heard anything back. Not a great experience when all I needed was a simple reply.
